Cleaning and deposit fees: There is a $325 refundable damage deposit and a $150 cleaning fee for each rental, regardless of duration. If you wish to book more than 1 week, we can schedule an interim cleaning after the first week for an additional $125. Damage deposits are returned promptly after your stay provided no damage has occurred.
Sheets are available to rent. You will need to pack your own towels. Please see the Accommodations page for bed sizes. The tax rate is 10.3%.
